Dr. Cooper is Board Certified as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner and has specialty training in dive medicine. He attained his Doctorate in Nursing Practice with an emphasis in health systems leadership and his Masters of Science in Nursing from Seattle University.

Dr. Chad Cleven is an Adolescent & Internal Medicine Physician with 18 years of experience who specializes in the care of adolescents and young adults, and who will be seeing patients at Camano Island Health System on Fridays.
Brad Scott, LMT
Massage Therapy
Brad Scott is a professional Massage Therapist trained in a broad scope of Western, European, and Oriental massage. His eight-year practice in massage therapy has involved a combination of neuromuscular, Myofascial, table Thai, and Swedish modalities.
Angela “Angie” Shell, MA
Medical Assistant
Angie is skilled in interacting with patients and staff members, getting vitals, doing blood draws and vaccines, performing ECG/EKGs, maintaining records for new and established patient data into our EHR system, collecting urine samples and running tests, relaying information with providers.
Michele Devora-McNabb
Front Office
Michele has been a resident of Camano for the past 17 years. She was previously the owner of a successful painting company in the area, after which she was employed by both the Prison and the Railway. Through her experiences, she has developed the interpersonal skills that are necessary when interacting with patients and their families during times of medical intervention. She excels at being compassionate and understanding while being committed to maintaining standard operating procedures at the front desk to ensure a timely and quality experience at Camano Island Health System.
